"This is a notification from Animal House Caretaker's Managment"

"FALSE INFORMATION"

We have just noticed that our AHC Facebook page had been hacked into and our contact details, office opening hours had been changed and bio had been deleated.

We have since rectified the changes and changed them back to the correct information.

My concern is if a person / new client has contacted this contact number and booked in with this person who is falsley reprasenting themselves as AHC for dog/animal washing or grooming or vacation care presuming to be a New owner of AHC or a worker for AHC, that these clients may find this person not to have appropriette insurance cover or may not have compleated or passed any Certifications in Animal Care for domestic or large farm animals or Animal Grooming, which would mean they may not know what the duty of care through Animal Welfare or Legal lagistics is.

Therfore if you have booked with a number from facebook which is NOT Animal House Caretaker corect number listed here: 0414 505 967 or 4473 5818 then you may have booked your animal or pet in with a dishonest person and unfortunatly you may return from vacation finding your pet missing, sick or worse or if its a pet that is booked for indoors vacation care that your house may be in jeoparty! or you pet being groomed in a way that may injure your pet or stolen.

If you have booked in with this person other than Sandy since around October with a number listed on our facebook page that is not listed above and have not signed any terms & conditions regarding your pet / property welfare which is mandatory for AHC Clients, please contact us imediently so we can check your pet if you are away with police assistants or rebook you for grooming.

We would also pass on any information regarding these changes to our facebook and the clients who may have been affected by this falsley misreprataion of Animal House Caretaker.

Animal House Caretaker would NOT BE LIABLE for any injury, sickness, death, insurance claimes, costings, loss of house hold property including pets if a client has booked with this number that was listed when hacked into our facebook to any other number other than the numbers listed above.

Animal House Caretaker wishes to appoligise to any clients that may have been affected. We are still being assisted with facebook on how and when this person had hacked into our facebook and changed our detailes.
